Heba or Tian? Tian. At a glance Heba might seem more his thing, but Donnie easily can go either way. He is very much a planner, constantly undermined by his brothers' tendency to jump into things, and often retreats into his own personal space as soon as he can. Still, he does look out for those he cares about in his own way. And he has gotten a better handle on the mystical side of things, or rather he's accepted it as a thing that can coexist with his beloved science.

History: Series Summaries and Movie Synopsis
Canon Abilities/Skills:
Donnie is the brains of his brothers' team. He's created amazing gadgets and weaponry from scavenged (and potentially illicitly procured) parts to make his family's life easier (and sometimes more problematic). As the son of a martial artist he has been heavily influenced by his father's career as have all his brothers, learning ninjutsu and favoring the techniques of the bo which matches his eye for precision and efficiency. His reflexes and agility are top-notch, although while being a mutant he is considerably more durable than average organic species, his vulnerability for his soft-shell has him rely on creating battle shells for added protection. The addition of learning how to tap into the power of the Hamato clan has given him access to an ancient mystic power, which has also given him a new avenue to explore in terms of what he can create. His mystic abilities take form in the materialization of armor and weaponry and limited only to his own visualization. (Note that the provided image is an example on a more extreme scale- this is the level he can push himself to but not necessarily one he'll use wontonly. Also willing to say it would be very exhausting if he did try to do so here on the account that he'll be drawing a lot more from himself.)
Suitability: Things haven't drifted much from my initial response with Tech. I like this added layer of doubt being snuck into things via the simulations that characters wake up from. Them Sylphid are sneaky! Donnie's fresh from throwing out an alien invader so being kidnapped by some is no bueno. He's definitely not going to be a fan of those chips but he'll be on the fence about who he can trust.
Inventory: Please list what your character has on them at the time they are taken. This can include clothing, bags with items in them, and small pets that would not be appable on their own. These items will not be on the characters when they arrive in game but will still exist in the world and can be regained later through missions.
- Bandanna
- Battle Shell
- Bo
- Goggles
- Bracer Computer
- Arm Wraps
- Leg Wraps
- Belt w/pouches
- Cellphone (Which I'm assuming he's keeping)
CHARACTER QUESTIONNAIRE
What are your character's feelings on freedom? How would they define freedom? How important is it to them? Would they fight for it, or have they fought for it in the past? If they have, how did they go about it?
Freedom's never been more put into perspective than recently. After your city's overrun by an alien species bent on taking over your planet and making everyone into gooey servants, you start to care a lot about freedom. There's been other, less extreme examples of how under-appreciated freedom is, as you really don't think about some things until it's taken away. As Donnie's teenager he's been grounded or had limitations put upon him. Under such circumstances he and his brothers have kind of cheated their way around things. Bottom line, Donnie's not about to give up his freedom without a fight, whether it be a flat-out battle or some sneaky sabotage.
Describe a formative moment in your character's life, something that changed them and defined who they are as a person.
A definitive experience for Donnie would be his trip to Witch Town with his friend April. As a self-proclaimed man of science, he openly scoffed magic and those who made use of it. He eventually admits his reasons for his dislike of mystic arts, feeling that magic makes so many things possible and yet he can't understand it the way he does science. It makes him feel insecure about his position on the team as the smart science guy when his brothers seem to grasp magic and put it to use so easily. Admitting such things in itself is a big step for him and although ultimately he and April end up in jail because they kind of mess up the town, Donnie does learn to be more open-minded about mystical things, and April assures him that it's not because of his science that makes him special, but who he is.
Does your character have a favorite person? If so, how would they describe that person? What do they like about that person? What do they dislike? If they don't have a favorite person, what would they look for in a favorite person? What traits would draw them to another person? What traits could they tolerate that others might not be able to?
Donnie is definitely his own favorite person. Who else makes his own bust out of titanium? He sees himself as ideal by way of intellect and ability, looks. ...buuuut if he had to choose someone other than himself it would likely be April. As one of his only human friends he respects her (most of the time) and is always willing to help her out. She's weird and brave, and fun to hang out with. The girl is fearless and eager to throw in with the turtle boys. She's always straight forward and will tell him exactly what she thinks right to his face, which can sometimes be as painful as when she uses her bat, but he might admit that in those times he deserved it.
What has your character's arc been like so far? How have they developed from their first appearance to their canon point?
His development has definitely shifted from trying to fix his brothers to supporting them to the best of his ability. At the beginning of the series Donatello has always had problems with how his brothers operated, with their lack of planning and their subpar ability to use their heads in general. He's even attempted to make them smarter at one point, believing that having them at his level would make for an ideal, unstoppable team. In learning more about his family, in being able to bond closer to his father, he's slowly let others in more, opening up bit by bit from his idealistic world. He's learned to trust them, and likewise they each other. That's not to say he's never cared about his family or friends. True, he still has strange ways of showing it, but family is family and while there may be disagreements and fights within, once someone on the outside messes with this careful balance then he can prove to be selfless as he tries to protect them.
How would you like to continue your character's arc in the game? How would you like them to develop? What would you like to have them accomplish?
It'll be a first, being on his own. At one point he might have found it great and revel in the chance to show people what amazing things he can do but now he'll definitely have some mixed feelings on the situation. It could possibly have him retreating back into more earlier tendencies as he may put up a wall just to help him cope as he figures things out. Being out in the open among people without worrying about disguising himself is definitely going to be one of the better deals out of it. Getting him to tether should be interesting. His focus will definitely be on getting home, and so getting access to whatever Sylphid magitech they've got going on there will be a priority.
