IC CHARACTERISTICS
AU BACKGROUND: Please see here
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: 16 years old, 5'6" and on the lean side, green and scaly with purple markings. Has a slim shell that (without his battleshell covering it) looks mottled green-brown and leathery. He wears a purple bandanna and a pair of goggles connected to ear muffs as the noise at the Vault and aboard airships can get pretty irritating, especially to him. Usually he sports a turtle neck (lol) under a hooded leather jacket, a pair of cargo pants and some...boots of a sort that allow for the unusual shape of his feet. (Visual) Will eventually have a metal shell strapped on his back, mostly during missions. He's reworked his ENC into a bracer so he can have his hands free.
DEMEANOR: Haughty at times, confident and with the tendency to sound sarcastic even when he's being sincere. Likes to pretend he's the aloof sort but he's kind of bad at it. Not crazy about physical contact and likes his personal space.
ABILITIES: Quick on his feet and stealthy when he needs to be. Excels with machinery and has some interesting magical surprises.
MEDICAL INFORMATION: A healthy teenager. The green is standard. Has some slight trauma from Empire experiences.
OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS: Iii cannot think of anything.
OTHER: Saaaame.

IC PERMISSIONS
MENTAL: Can other characters read your character's mind or mentally coerce them? - totally fine!
MIMICRY: How does your character feel about being impersonated? How easy is it to impersonate them? - He will not know whether to be flattered or offended. Probably both. Won't be too easy if you have to get the technicalities right. Haaaa~
VIOLENCE: If someone tries to fight your character, how well is that going to turn out for the parties involved? - Donnie can hold his own pretty well depending on the situation! He definitely knows how to use a staff and his staff has Surprises. Not to say he is absolutely amazing because he's very much still a kid and even with dad's training he and his brothers have largely been responsible for training themselves and haven't been very eager about it most of the time. So I would say the outcome would depend upon who all is involved.
MAGIC: Can characters use magic on yours? Are there exceptions? - Oh please do he'll hate it
DEBATE: Can other characters engage yours in debates/arguments? - Yeah go for it
